Is there a formula to figure out what insurance company should give me for injuries sustained in m/c accident in which i was a passenger?

It used to be a rule of thumb that you could get 2 or 3 times the amount of the medical bills for damages in an injury claim. That led to people running up as many medical bills as possible. The insurance companies no longer use the formulas. They will "evaluate" the case on the basis of the injury. (or so they Say!) In reality, they will try to get you to take some amount less than you are entitled to. It is all about the money!

Some high impact cases result in little or no inujury. Some light impact accidents cause serious injuries!
