Re: Who's Liable

It is quite possible that your landlord could be responsible for your injuries. In any event, your injuries are serious enough that you should have no trouble getting an attorney experience in these types of cases to talk to you free of charge. The sooner you talk directly to an attorney the better. I have been helping people injured by someone elses negligence for over 30 years. I will be happy to talk to you if you call or email me your contact information. No charge or obligation. Take advantage of the free information! Good Luck! DHD.

These facts do seem to support a claim against your landlord. Slip and falls are not a favorite for lawyers to represent, but considering your losses, you should be shopping for a lawyer at this point to help you. Let me know if you want to talk. Otherwise, interview a few different lawyers and let them hear and test these facts. that is the next step.
