if i am getting sued for personal injuries, how can i get a copy of the plantiffs medical records?

If a lawsuit has been filed you will be able to receive copies of Plaintiff's Medical Records through the discovery process. If the lawsuit has not already been filed but is being handled through insurance companies, typically they will provide them to you, your lawyer or your insurance company.
