Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

Im being sued for medical bills!

She fell at the club after a fight broke out and her as well as a few witnesses claim I caused her to fall.. I don't believe I caused the accident and I have a few witnesses myself.. We were both intoxicated.. Now she is suing me for medical bills does she have any chance at winning???

She broke a bone and went into seizures because she was under the influence of drugs

If you have recieved a summons and complaint, you need to have an answer filed before the 28 day deadline. You need a lawyer.
