Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

Is time running out?

I am disabled.

I have a personal injury case that could end up in a lawsuit being filed.

Is it true that due to my disabliity, I have twice as long as an able bodied individual does to settle and / or file a claim with the insurance company?

Thanks so much in advance.
