You definitely have a workmans compensation claim. Also, depending on the conditions and safety of the environment, you could possibly recover straight from the company. Please call me at my office: 216-696-2915.

You have a workers compensation claim for which you should have representation. There is also a chance you could have a direct lawsuit against your employer or co-worker however those claims are very rare. Under the comp. claim you are entitled to wage loss, medical bills, partial disability and possibly permanent disability. The Workers Comp. Bureau (BWC) and your employer will do everything they can to limit or reduce your claim. It is important to have representation on your side as soon as possible.
