Legal Question in Product Liability in Ohio

object in pack of hot dogs
bought some John Morrell hot dogs 6/10/07, in the pack looks to be a big bug looking like a draggin' fly, I called and spoke to them and they say it sounds like it might be a piece off of a crate that the hot dogs are on. The pack is sealed and never been opened why did this make it to the shelf regardless of what the object is.

You have to re-write this so that you are asking a legal question. I don't think how the package made it to the shelves is what you intended to ask.
