Legal Question in Product Liability in Ohio
my spouse had a injury due to a consumer product 7 months ago it effected his digestive system we have had a very active sex life for 21 years of our marriage and now my husband has to much pain in his stomach to perform. so what i would like to know is do i have a claim against the company that caused the injury to my husband for lack of affection?
