Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

Deed Restrictions

I want to sell property to get out of debt, but the deed restriction states 200' frontage. I have 6.44 acres and can sell 4 behind my house and use my driveway and elongate it. The township said no!!! If I can not sell it I cannot pay off my bankruptcy and will have a foreclosure I want to avoid. I have a buyer! I need help!! How can I win against the township zoning?
