disclosure deceit

we purchased (1st year) a home. when we checked to see why the roof is starting to bubble in places, we decovered it was shingles put on (previous owners put on before selling) over bare wood. then as i was putting in a garden, we discovered they buried the shingles not even a foot deep in the back yard.

Dear Deceived Purchaser: Your brief description of the seller's deception warrants your action (lawsuit) to recover (1) the reasonable value of correcting their deception; i.e., a new roof and (2) removal of buried debris. (Shingles do not deteriorate or support vegetation at all!

Consult an experienced real estate litigation attorney ASAP.
