Dear Foreclosed Property Owner: There may be an coppotunity for an Attorney experienced in these matters to approach the foreclosing lender, or whoever succeeded in purhasing at Sheriff's sale, with an offer of "short sale". This is a technique to purchase by a wholly disinterested party investor, prepared to purchase and pay for the property at a significantly reduced price.

Are you in any position to purchase and pay for the property from the lender or investor ? If so, why didn't you do so before the actual foreclosure, since you had the opportunity, with the right legal counsel, to redeem and pay the delinquent payments, thereby avoiding foreclosure?

I strongly urge you immediately consult an experienced Attorney to assist and advise you. Do NOT fall for some of these so-called redemption experts who promise the world and merely scam and take your money, and do nothing for you.

Good luck! Sincerely, J. Norman Stark, Cleveland, Ohio.
