Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

My husband and I own a corner lot in Ohio and we have a neighbor who keeps putting a "sale" sign in our yard. The sign does not bother us, but people keep trying to come into our house and garage thinking the sale is at our house. I have small children and of course our doors are always locked, but I can't have random people coming onto our property like that trying to get into my home! They keep saying since the sign has no address on it they assume it's at our house and since no items are out then it must be an estate sale. What should we do?

Why isn't the sign posted on your property not bothering you? For the reasons you state, including the fact that the signage is trespassing, it should not be placed there.
