Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

When my ex husband and I went through a dissillution of marriage in 2001 in Ohio; I signed all property over to him. I did this at the court house and was assured I had done all I needed to do by signing all the appropriate documents. Why am I being asked to sign the deed Again, 10 years later? And also wanting my spouse to sign? Why?

(I asked the Title agency why and they never adequately answered my question. As if not wanting to give me any information.)

Apprarently the deed was not recorded with the county recorder. Regarding the title agency's response, they can't reconstruct your case and give you legal information. As much as you'd like to have this behind you, if you are not comfortable with their request, I suggest you ask an attorney to look into this for you.
