Can I do an interspousal transfer deed on a house that has a lien?

I assume you mean can I transfer real estate to my spouse when there is a lien on the property. The answer is yes but the lien is still on the property.

Be careful however, if the lien is a mortgage there may be a due on sale clause in the mortgage that will allow the mortgage company to require you to pay the mortgage off once you transfer it out of your name.
