Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

Land Contract drawn up to a legal deed

I have a contract with a couple for my home in Ohio due to the fact my job took me to SC. It was drawn up by an attorney, the issue I am having is they have been late paying since february and now not at all this month. my contract states after 1 month past due I can void contract. Also they have not payed me 1 penny in the late fees either. Now I just want to know what my options are to remove them from home.

Re: Land Contract drawn up to a legal deed

Since the home and the contract pertain to Ohio law, you should go back and post your question for an attorney in Ohio, not SC. The laws vary from state to state and you would get the best advise from an attorney familiar with the laws that apply to your situation. When you post your question it would be helpful if you elaborated so that the attorney understands. Right now its impossible to determine what sort of contract you have. Is it a lease, is it owner-financed, is it an option to purchase, ect.?
