partition lawsuit

I am 1/3 owner of a property in ohio...another 1/3 owner is going to partition the court to sell it...but we have had it listed for sale and made several price drops....can he still file...and what do we do? also how much will it cost?

It is very likely that the part-owner is going to file in the State of Ohio. The property is located there, and so the rights and obligations of co-owners is dictated by Ohio law. You need to re-post this question to some attorneys in the State of Ohio.
