quit claim deed
my ex boyfriend and I have a joint ownership in a campground membership, with a deed. need to get his name off of it. in Ohio, will a quit claim deed need to be notorized to be legal?

A deed need to be signed and notarized to be accepted for recording. The signing and notarization can take place outside of Ohio.
