Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio
My town is trying to pass a new Food Trailer Ordinance. The first line reads: "The requirements and regulations for this chapter only pertain to Mobile Vendors operating on private property." My trailer is going to sit on commercial property. Is there a difference between private property and commercial property? So will this ordinance pertain to me?

Yes, probably. There's private property and public property. Parks and streets and government buildings are public property. Commercial and residential are types of zoning categories.
Good luck.
