Transferring real estate from a Corp. to an LLP

If a corporation holds real estate can that real estate be transferred to an existing LLP? The purpose is to dissolve the corp. and place all of its assets into an existing LLP.

The existing LLP consist of real estate assets also.

Yes, assuming that there is an existing corporate resolution permitting it, and a proper corporate officer executes the deed.
