Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Ohio

Do you think we should take action farther?

I work for a small company in which there is only 2 female employees. There is a male that works in our warehouse that is a ''alcoholic''. We have once turned him in and got him written up for sexual harrassment. And it seems that nothing has changed he get drunk at work when the boss is out of town and gets very rude to us ladies. We asked for the company to do a alcohol test on him but they did not witness him being drunk so they did not do the test at the time. He has looked at my female co worked and commented on her breasts and when we told him to be quiet he would say ''you like it''. He has never touched us but everyday he has rude sexual comments. I asked him why he was driving his wifes van and he said cause he thought that i would want to go out on a date with him and that way we would have the ''van''. And he always says that he likes my shirt and is looking right at my chest. I really want to know if we should take legal action with this because our boss never seems to see anything.

From the facts you have recited, you certainly have a valid claim for sexual harrassment, and if the company has knowledge of the conduct and has done nothing to rectify the situation, you may have a suit against them for damages. Feel free to call to discuss the matter further. 859-491-5800.
