mis use of funds
this lady runs a company called freedom wind for mrdd adults she pays her staff from her husbands dissability check out of his personal checking untill the state reimburses her he just had heart failure stress from not able to pay bills can she do this ? she dont have real payroll checks its personal checks from his account

Husband - wife.

If he allows this, there's nothing anyone else can say about it.

If she is committing a crime, then it's up to the prosecutor.

He doesn't HAVE to give her access to his account.
