Legal Question in Tax Law in Ohio

I am member of Legal Club of Amerika
I am Jacqueline Stemberga from Wickliffe, 29008 Norman Ave.
Ravenue service is charging me tax 2013 $15,000.00 for I invested in 2011 IRA acct.
Later invested regular money that dropped in value monthly for one year. I lost here and decided to withrow both acct's after one year.
I need to know if I am fault or why I am charged that amaunt.
I would like to sit with you and show my financial advisor's tax form. I do not trust him.
