Legal Question in Tax Law in Ohio

Offer of compromise

The ex spouse has filed bankruptcy and after filing for innocent spouse for an unpaid tax which began before our marriage was denied, left me responsible for the tax due. A tax lien was filed against my new husband's property. I want to try and file offer of compromise but we are both responsible for the tax and his half is in bankruptcy. What should I do?
