Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
im 17 years old. I got pulled over for going 85 in a 65. The cop said he smelled marijuana so he stuck his head in my car and saw a bag of marijuana ( About 1 gram). They searched the car completely and found a scale and ( I never sold marijuana, i just had a scale for personal use) and 1 pack of rolling papers. What could happen in court?

You could be charged with many different charges: Possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, drug trafficking with intent to distribute.....it really depends on what they charged you with
