Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
driving with a suspended license
I need to know if I should retain an attorny for the following violations:
1 driving under suspension 4510.21
2 expired license plate 331.051
3 invalid license tag 4549.08
please let me know if having an attorny will help my chances of not doing jail time. I have no priors and a clean criminal record. I do have insurance now, and we mailed in the reinstatement fee.

Re: driving with a suspended license
Once you have your license, the prosecutor should drop the dus. If not, get an atty then.
