Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio

Wrongful Entrustment

I have to go to court tomorrow for a wrongful entrustment case and I can not afford an attorney I don't even know who was driving my car to cause this mess. I only drove my car, I gave no one permission to operate my vehicle if I explain this to the judge I could get out of possible jail time or even found innocent let me know...

Re: Wrongful Entrustment

if you are not guilty then you need to plead not guilty. if you plead no contest you will be found guilty and this is a serious offense with potential jail time of 180 days....

you need a lawyer and you can get time to find one...if you cant afford one, you will be appointed one...
