Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

My dad died in April. He was living in and Assisted Living Facility. When my mother passed away in 2005 we took care of all the finances at that time as far as making out trusts and making sure his monies paid for his stay at the facility. I was his Power of Attorney and Executor of his will. Since there was no property to take care of and we had taken care of everything else before had and there were no outstanding bills, do we have to Probate the Will?

If your father did not have any assets in his name then you do not need to probate the will.
