Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

My daughter decided to keep her maiden name when she married but does use both.

In my last will & testament, she is listed by her maiden name. Is that acceptable or should I write in her married name after her maiden name and initial and date it?

Thank you,

Marilyn Hurst

Your daughter's maiden name is acceptable, especially if, to avoid any confusion, you referred to her as your child or your daughter in the will. You can add her married name accompanied by your initials and the date, however.
