Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

What can we do if the executor of a deceased persons will (who was also the power of attorney) has been withdrawing money from the deceased persons bank accounts without notifying the bank of the death or submitting the will to probate?

I would inform the bank of his death by dropping off a copy of the death certificate or obituary from the paper. Also let the manager know what is going on because the power of attorney can no longer be used.

The next thing I would do is apply to the probate court to be appointed an executor, if you are the one next in line, or an administrator if you are not listed as the alternate executor.
