executor expenses
I've bee appointed an executor of an estate, but I need to know if I get reimbursed for ''OUT OF POCKET'' expenses plus my executor fee? And how would I get it?

It depends on what type of out of pocket expenses you are talking about.
If you hire an accountant to prepare taxes or incur expenses in maintaining probate property those expenses are legitimate expenses and can be paid from the estate checking account.
