Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

ex-husband died. His sister gave me title & keys to car (1994 mustang convertible) to sell and split among his 3 children. How can I do this if possible? He was a disabled Vietnam vet and received social security benefits. He never paid child support. Should I just give back to his sister?

You need to transfer the car in order to sell and split the proceeds with his children. You will need to do this through the probate court in the county in which your ex-husband resided. If this is the only asset, there may be a simpler proceeding that can be done as opposed to a full administration. If you would like assistance, I would be happy to help you.
