my father died and my scooter was in his name. what do i do?

You will need to apply to the probate court for permission to transfer the scooter. The steps you will need to take depend on many different factors such as the value of the scooter, the amount of other property owned by your father, whether or not you paid the funeral bill, whether there was a will etc.
