Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

Final Decree

When I contested a probate action in 1990 I received later that the estate had been settled. I didn't cash the check that was sent to me nor did I sign any agreeance with the settlement after ward. I contacted the other attorney and he didn't acknowledge any response. Since this I have discovered potential property and other funds pending further investigation. My questions what can I do? I know that the executor is responsible some and the attorney as well. Any assistance would be helpful.

Re: Final Decree

If additional assests have been discovery, and those assests are substantial, it will be necessary to reopen the estate.
