Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

How likely is it the judge will grant me the right to have a property sold that I recently inherited with my 2 siblings. The property is in all 3 of our names and they are currently living there and do not wish to sell.

You can petition the court to get approval to sell the property or in the alternative, request that the two siblings buy you out of your share. This is a fairly common occurrence in the situation such as this where multiple siblings inherit a property from their parents. Has the probate estate concluded and all assets distributed? This will determine your course of action. If you need assistance with this matter, please contact me at your convenience. .
