Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

If i was living with my parents as their primary care giver and they pass first my mother then my father recently, I lived with them for 6 yrs. Do I have any legal rights to the house or do I get first chance to buy the house if I want it?? And can they throw me out??

You have rights that are set forth under a will or trust, if they had one in place before they passed or if not, then what the probate laws set forth. You do not have any rights for the mere fact that you cared for them or resided with them.
