Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

I'm on a second marriage (9 years in) and my husband and I each had wills drawn with post nuptuals. If he passes, am I still entitled to his state Teacher's retirement, if the will that was completed five years ago states that I agree not to take against the will? This was done with respect to our property coming into the marriage and I am concerned that we may need new wills. He did name me as beneficiary on the state retirement form.

If you are named as beneficiary on the state teachers retirement form that will control over the will.
