Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

I am in the middle of an estate legal mess. The executor is acussing me and one of my siblings from stealing from the family estate and because I and my sibling had the same attorney she had to resign from our case. and know we are without counsel what are the options for us?

Whenever there is a dispute among family members in probating an estate, normally the attorney representing the estate can no longer represent those in dispute. You and your sibling would either try to handle your differences by writing the probate court yourselves, or bringing in another attorney to represent you. Good luck.
