Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
My mother died and the only asset she had was a mobile home that was 40 years and not worth much. No other assets. I know I don't have to probate the will but I'm not sure what to do to get the mobile home transferred to my siblings and me so we can sell it.

You will need to go through the probate court to get teh mobile home transferred. You may be able to use a release from administration procedure.
You should consult with an attorney who can advise you on the correct procedure.
