Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

Mother had massive stroke and can't communicate. Next of kin is her daughter and son. She has a will but no Power of Attorney for financial matters or even health care decisions. What is the first step her son or daughter should take to help their mother?

I am sorry about your situation.

I would suggest that you get guardianship over the mother. This will have to be done by the court.

If you would like assistance with this please let me know. I would be more than happy to help and would only charge $150.00 for this matter. Feel free to email me at [email protected] or [email protected].

Thanks and have a great day.
