how do I obtain my dads property willed to my step mom who wants nothing to do with it and I have been the care taker for the last 14 yrs. I'am the son.

Your step mom could disclaim the property before she establishes any claim over it and then the property would go back into the estate and distributed according to the provisions of the will. It would advisable to consult with a probate attorney regarding this matter so he/she can evaluate the facts and the will and disclaim the property correctly so it is in accordance with the law and can bypass your step mom.
