Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

Ohio Probate Law

In Ohio, in order to serve as an Executrix if you live out of state, you have to post a bond to serve after a beneficiary requests a bond. How do you prove someone lives out of state if their lawyer simply states that they live in state and the court accepts this?

Write a letter to the court explaining who you are, the information you have on the Executrix, and your conversation with the attorney. Reference the name of the estate and the case number.
