Older sister (executor) put younger sister on Mom's will as 2nd executor after Mom specifically said to put me as 2nd. What can I do about changing this?

The only one who can make changes to your mother's will is your mother. If she is working with an attorney to draft her will, she should speak to that attorney to make the change if it is not what her true wishes. Your older sister cannot make these decision for your mother, it must be your mothers free choice.
