Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

I have sold the items released from probate that amount to less than $5000. Who gets the money from the sale of these items? Is it just the siblings or is it also divided with the grandchildren too?

When you say released from probate, you mean that these assets do not have to be administered through probate court? Did they get released to an executor or administrator? If they are released because they fall short of the court's minimum for probating, you are still expected to follow the dictates of the will, if there is one, or of the statute of descent and distribution, if there isn't one. Hope this doesn't confuse you.
