Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

What is Waiver of Notice of Hearing of Account?

How would one go about securing copies of new titles, evidencing that they were transfered to new owners? I don't even have the persons name I sold the car to.

If you sign a Waiver of Notice of Hearing of Account, you are basically agreeing that you have received a copy of the Account and agree with it in its entirety. In regards to your question about titles, what type of asset is it? If it is a car, you should be able to request a copy from the Bureau of Motor Vehicles using the title number or vehicle identification number. If you need further information, please feel free to contact my office, I would be happy to help.
