if there is no will and there is 2 adult children what happen to the estate

If there is no will, and no spouse and only two children, those children will share the estate equally under the probate laws of decent and distribution.

If there is no surviving spouse then the property will be split between the two children. Please note that this does not include any property that is owned as joint tenants with right of survivorship or any property that is governed by a beneficiary designation.
