Auto Injury Workers Comp
I was driving back to my employers in a company vehicle. I turn into a car and hit them. I was cited for failure to yield. I hurt my back. My medical has been paid through the auto insurance but I want to file WC as well. Can I?

If you were on the way back to the shop from a job site or from a customer you should be covered. If you were on your way back from making a delivery or from picking up supplies you should be covered. There are also instances where you may not be covered.
