Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Oklahoma

My roommate moved out of the house we got together and is now refusing to pay rent. She signed the lease with me as well as a second document saying she knows she owes me rent every month and will pay it, which I got noterized and witnessed as well as signed by her and me. She moved out of state, and I am not sure if that voids the contracts we have together, I need to know if it does, and if I can sue her for rent.

Your roommate's move does not void any agreement you had with her. You may still sue her to try and recover any money she may owe you.
