Re: Incorporation?

By law, a corporation is looked upon as a separate entity or separate person. As such, it protects you from personal liability and it offers other protection. By incorporation your business and no comingling your financial affairs with your business, you will not be held liable in many situations that would otherwise affect you and your personal assets. I incorporate businesses and will set-up it up for you if you would like. I will also provide other guidance. Either way, I would recommend a corporation or an LLC.
