Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Oklahoma

my 2 yr old son was in the custody of his mother when she blew marijuana smoke into his mouth and it was recorded and posted on youtube.is there something that i can do about it being posted on youtube?

Yes, but it will be difficult, particularly, if it was viewed by others.

However, we must be candid. Based on what your statments, your concern should be damage control because the act can be looked upon as abuse, neglect and illegal activities inficked on a minor child. And, it would not be in his/her (or your) best interest to allow this type of behavior with or without exposure on YouTube.

With that said, I recommend that you retain and/or seek the legal advice and/or representation of an attorney.
