Re: Class Action Law Suit

Yes. If it is a federal lawsuit or torte. However, some public officials have immunities against lawsuits so our officially response will depend on the facts, circumstances or reasons for this action. One example is "qualified immunity." They are protected under this immunity if they (the public official) can prove they did not knowingly violate your constitutional rights.

As such, tt will also be more effective and beneficial to file your class action with cited violations clearly recognized and protected as amendments under the U.S. Constitution. This increases your chances for relief or remedy under the jurisdiction of the U.S. Supreme Court.

We say this cautiously because we do not know the reasons behind your actions in court. So, the bottom line is this...get good counsel; do your homework and make sure everyone in this class action has a full understanding why your action is filed and they are committed to seeking their relief.
